Petra "Petee" Paredez grew up in a pie-baking family. Raised in the bakery, learning that Thanksgiving required all-night baking frenzies. She takes her extraordinary skills to NYC, where, after a stint teaching special needs children she returned to her family tradition opening her own pie shop in the Lower East Side.
