Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria is a market, salumeria, bakery and enoteca dedicated to sourcing and producing the best goods possible in the market. The menu highlights many of the items sold in the Alimentari, such as house cured salumi and pasta, artisan cheeses and il Buco's signature Olive Oils, in addition to daily specials. The main dining room features communal seating and a wine bar in an open space with high ceilings. The upstairs dining room with a wraparound bar overlooking the Alimentari can seat up to 50 guests for private events.
