From her humble beginnings in Nutbush, Tennessee, to her transformation into the global queen of rock 'n' roll, Tina traces Tina Turner's rise to fame in the 60s along side her husband Ike. Suffering from abuse at his hands, Tina divorced him in 1978, setting the stage for her massive 80s comeback. The Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll has sold 180 million records worldwide and been honored with 11 Grammy Awards.
